Today i logged in my Upworks account and add some information to my profile. while i was finishing to edit my profile y noticed a message that says:
Financial transactions for (my name) have been limited. Please check your email for additional information or contact customer support
I looked in my email and notification but i didn't even receive a message of this, i easily spent two hours trying to find an email address or a phone number but it has no result
How can I solve this? i will really appreciate some help
