Financial transactions for my account have been limited

Hi there.

Hope you are doing great today.

I am seeing a label over my upwork account stated as follows:

"Financial transactions for Waqar Amin (25754756) have been limited. Please check your email for additional information or contact customer support."

I am unable to withdraw my money and don't know why upwork has done my account limited.

Also I haven't got any email from upwork to explain the issue.

Please help me in this also send me the email so that I can know that what is the exact issue.

I want to resolve this matter asap. Thanks
