Hi, I was trying to add a payment method to my account but realized the card I used had insufficient balance. When I tried again it says financial transaction have been limited, please find out more details in the email.
However, I haven't received any emails about it yet. I read about the same topic in the support community but found nothing helpful.
I need buy more connects to submit a proposal urgently. Could someone please help fix my account? Thanks!
