Financial transactions have been limited

Hello all,

As the subject says, i've been limited and i'm not able to withdraw my earnings, i've tried to contact customer support, but every time i want to access to it, the website will redirect me to the home page, so at this point i can't contact anyone from customer support to receive help.

Currently i have active jobs, i stopped working through Upwork for 6 months approximately, and i started again recently, i'm not sure if that could be a reason why i got suspended, hope someone can help me.
