Hello. I have this message in my account: "Financial transactions have been limited. Please check your email for additional information or contact customer support"
What does it mean?
That your financial transactions (withdrawing money etc.) have been limited -
you should have received an email about it - if not, message customer support for further help
(i have no idea why you have this, but i had an email about verification recently, and it said that if i didnt do it within 7 days it would restrict my financial transactions and proposals. Maybe that??)
If you have not had any emails about it i would get onto CS pronto!
Click the get help button about 3/4 way down page, then a box appears, click "freelancer" and go through the options until it asks if you want to email/live chat etc.
there may be an easier way, but thats how ive done it.
