To resolve the situation it does take more than 3-4 days. Communication is very slow. With an Agency of 170+ employees handling all client business. Having an unrealistic downtime of 4 days is like a week of no new business generation.

 

Still waiting for Upwork Dispute team to respond on ticket.

Hello UpWork Team! I passed the verification of video chat, but in my account is still warning about the limitations on the transaction - "Financial transactions for Irina Vikhareva have been limited. Please check your email for additional information or contact customer support. "

I'm facing the same issue from last 4 days and support team haven't replied me. Please resolve this issue this your responsibility we are paying you 20% on our each earning. Please fix my issue as soon as possible so that I can continue.
