Can you help me too, I also facing the same problem, the required action that I should do that sent to my email is to complete video chat, this is done, so I don't know what to do next.

I am getting this message:

And i can't actually be useful with that message in the profile, i really don't understand why my financial transactions are limited!!??

Once you click on My Requests you will be taken to a new window, your ticket section. Here your tickets will be listed, click on the one sent to you and follow the instructions that are listed on your ticket.
