Financial transactions have been limited

Hi Avery,

 

There is a message in my account saying that my financial transactions have been limited. The problem is, I have made no transactions and there's nothing I can do since my account has also been suspended. Could you please help me solve this issue?

I passed the verification of video chat, but in my account is still warning about the limitations on the transaction - Financial transactions for Kateryna Hapiienko have been limited. Please check your email for additional information or contact customer support. But  I didn't get any emails, all information in my account is correct.
Please, help me to solve this problem!

I am getting the same error at my end. Finanacial Transactions limited, It has been more than 24 hours I am getting this error on my profile.

 

There is no email notification or any other notification received via Upwork.

 

I have reached out to Support Chat at-least 3 times in past 24 hours, and even they are not aware of the issue and why it's happening. Always saying that the concerned team will respond via email but no one is emailing.

 

No one has any idea what's going on and why the error is appearing.

To resolve the situation it does take more than 3-4 days. Communication is very slow. With an Agency of 170+ employees handling all client business. Having an unrealistic downtime of 4 days is like a week of no new business generation.

 

Still waiting for Upwork Dispute team to respond on ticket.
