I am getting following notification on my profile whereas i haven't received any mail from upwork.

"Financial transactions for Sanjeev Rai (5003516) have been limited. Please check your email for additional information or contact customer support."

I just recently came back to upwork after a hiatus. I noticed that I all the "Submit application" buttons are disabled for me so I can't apply to jobs, and I also have the "Financial transactions have been limited" flag on my feed.

 

I was wondering how I can fix this so that I can come back to freelancing in Upwork.

I have attention box on top of upWork page:
"Financial transactions for **Edited for community guidelines** have been limited. Please check your email for additional information or contact customer support."

I use Payoneer card.
There is email from BANK OF AMERICA. (Payoneer use it for transactions)

There was some mistake in Payoneer card info in my upWork profile. Think this was the source of problem.I already fixed this.
But box about limitation of payment still there.
How to remove attention box on top of upWork page?
And clear limitation to recieve payment?
