Hi!

 

My ID verification was succesful, now I can submit proposals, but I still have the following mesage:

 

"Financial transactions for *** have been limited. Please check your email for additional information or contact customer support."

 

Why? 

 

I also have a notifivcation on Upwork:

 

"Your ID has been verified, and now you're good to go!"

 

So what's the problem?

Hello! I have problem with my account with financial transactions
I even can't to contact support, because when I click on the "contact customer support" I forwared back to My Job Feed
How can I solve this problem?
