I got a popup saying "Financial transactions for [my account] have been limited.
Please check your email foradditional information or contact customer support."
I searched my email, I did'nt find any new messages from Upwork for "Financial transactions".
Maybe you can't find an email message. That's okay.
Log into your Upwork account. Click on the question mark icon in the top menu to go to Help Center and look for messages or ticket items there.
Also, click on the bill icon in the top menu and look for new notifications there.
