I have notification in my account Financial transactions for have been limited.
But I did not receive any email regarding the restrictions. Also I can't create ticket to customer support or contact them.
Please help me to contact customer support or to solve this problem.

I have the same problem: I have finished a webcam verification, and moderator texted that I will get an email about succes in 48 hours, but it was 5 days ago and after that I have openned the dispute but it become solved without any replies, so What could we do with that? Because the message that my financial transactions have been limited is still and I can't send any proposals.
