In email they have mention that there is a problem with client's account .so why upwork has put limitation on my account. It is the duty of upwork to varify every account and handle everything.
From the last two days, I have seen the notification on my profile: "Financial transactions have been limited. Please check your email for additional information or contact customer support. "
I also got a notification that: **Edited for Community Guidelines**.
After getting this two notification, I have checked my requests on help center and found a recently solved ticket.
Still, there was the notification: "Financial transactions have been limited. Please check your email for additional information or contact customer support. "
So, I have contacted with Customer Support. They created another ticket. But, after sometimes, they told me that another ticket was opened based on the same case. Then, I have checked what is written on that ticket that was previously shown solved.
This ticket is titled as Urgent News about your Client.
I have notified:
"**Edited for Community Guidelines**
I made contact with the client immediately. But, the client didn't respond immediately and ended the contract after a while. After sending messages several times, the client said, "**Edited for Community Guidelines**."
I have responded to the ticket and asked why my account is limited due to the client's issues. They replied me, "**Edited for Community Guidelines**."
My Only question is: Why I cannot withdraw my funds for this particular client? If the client broke the TOS of Upwork, he should be punished. Why I am facing difficulties in withdrawing my funds. I have 12 more jobs in progress, and 5 of them are ongoing projects.
I am always maintaining Upwork's Terms and Conditions. I never get payment outside of Upwork yet. I understood that the problem is in the client's account. I asked the client to solve this.
So, there's no relation between my limitations and the client. If the client is appeared to be a fraud, I won't work for the client. I don't even know whether the person is male or female.
Please look at this matter and solve it as soon as possible. If you can examine my profile, you won't find any wrong about my profile. I always maintain high-quality works based on the Upwork's terms and conditions.
