I got a message about my transactions being limited some time ago. I don't know why this happened, as everything is okay in my profile and nothing has changed so far. I use upwork regularly and I just did the verification call and provided my ID too. I don't know if this process is slow and I have to wait until it's totally completed so I can get back my normal functioning on the website.
I'd appreciate if you could check on it anytime soon.
