Finding source of JSS change

My JSS dropped yesterday and I don't know why. I'm Top Rated so I could ask to have feedback removed. But what feedback? It all looks good to me.

How do you identify what hurt your score to have it removed?

It's a small change but irritating because I don't know why it happened and because any recent proposals that quotes the JSS makes me look like a liar.

Your JSS is at 99%... you are still top rated. And that's still an amazing rating.

Why do you want to remove any feedback? Save your feedback removal perk for when a more drastic drop happens. Like for instance, when you fall below 90% which will result in the loss of your Top Rated privilege.

But just to answer your question - two of your most recently ended contracts have no feedback. That affects your score.

I'm irritated because I just sent out a bunch of proposals that included a different JSS. I only noticed it because I was looking for something else.

Thanks for pointing "no feedback" comment. Under contracts, it looks like they did leave feedback. That could be it.

It's showing "No Feedback" then because you have not given the client any. Once you do, their feedback will become visible.

I'm not sure how JSS reacted (included in the calculations) to the contract that displays "No Feedback" when in fact it has and just isn't visible yet.
