First job not paid

Hi, I am new to this community and recently finished my first task. However I still have not been paid yet. The client said I should have received the payment by now. I know I have set up my account correctly. Can someone please help?

Hi Rose,

I just checked your account and I can confirm that the client released the funds towards you. Since this is a fixed price contract the funds will become available to you after 5 days. You can check in what stage are your funds currently by going to Reports > Overview. Thank you!
