First year balance on upwork

In these days I was making a balance of the first year spent working on upwork. The first few months were a bit complex to understand how it works and how to avoid  unprofessional clients. After a year, next week I will reach the first goal of 50K and I consider it a good result (for this reason I wanted to thank upwork and all who work there for their excellent services and also the users who with their valuable advice have allowed me to to grow up). Now I plan the next working year and I would like to improve my performance. I will definitely raise my hourly rate, I would like to work less for startups (low budget companies) and focus on structured companies with medium / high budgets. If you have any advice on how to improve I would be very happy to listen to them. Thanks you all
