Fix an incorrect star rating for client

I recently completed a project for a wonderful client and gave her a 5-star rating. However, it shows up in the Feedback tab as being a 1-star rating. What gives...? More importantly, how do I fix it?

Hi Hal!  Yes they have to allow you to change it and I believe it has to be within 14 days.

This page should help: https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/articles/211062208-Enable-Freelancers-to-Change-Feedback

Hi Julie - Thanks for the input. I'm still not clear about how to change the star rating. When I clicked the links to 'Freelancer' and 'Hires' in the forum article you included it took me to dead pages.

I'm inserting the link for the screenshot of the page showing the discrepancy. See the 1 star under 'Your Client Feedback' section on the right.

I think your client has to click the link to enable it first?

Yes Julie, you are correct. After chatting with the Supportbot and a brief phone conversation with a human in Customer Service, I was informed the Client does indeed need to initiate the Edit Feedback process. Got it done in good order.

Thank you all who responded, and Julie for your guidance.

Already fixed? I don't see a job with one star.

It's the OP's feedback to the client for his last job.

Ah! I misunderstood.
