Fixed Price Contract Balance Pending Issue

The client gave feedback with fixed price order & approved it on 28th January. But today is February 8th, already 11 days gone but the balance and payment release date is now pending. Where it should take 5 days. But it's taking so long, I don't know why the balance is not adding yet. Can anyone tell me why it is happening? And when the pending will add-on balance?
