I have a payment dispute for a fixed price contract.
We were agreed to a rate of 0.25$ per entry that equals to 50$ for 200 entries. And now the client paid just 40$ at a rate of 0.2$ per entry for 200 entries.
Client in messages when we agree to a rate was this
''Thank you! We can raise the rate to 0.25 per entry.
amount will be added as bonus''
Milestone Created by the client was 30$ I requested the agreed 50$ for the project! while submitting the project.
He paid just 40$ not the remaining 10$. He did not even tell me about it at any stage of the project even two times earlier when I submitted the project and now he ended the project without Paying the agreed rate. So now Can I go into a dispute that would help me to take the remaining amount?
