Hi! I humbly ask for your help on this one: I've been working on oDesk for some time now and have come to realize that the # of hours worked can be a limiting factor in some job applications. So far, I successfully managed to land fixed-priced writing contracts. Hourly ones? Not so well. So, I have this long term, ongoing writing project. It's a fixed-priced contract. I have heard of writers entering into agreements about writing fixed-hourly (e.g. set articles per hour). But, I'm not sure how to go about this or how to approach my client. 1. What are the terms to consider for fixed-hourly writing projects? 2. How can I convince my client to agree to fixed-hourly contracts? I would appreciate any form of advice. Thank you!
