Fixed milestone payment

I have done a project for a client which is a fixed price of 10 dollars. The contract is finished and and in upwork platform it is showing that client has done the payment. But in settings and in get paid option it is showing that balance is 0 dollars why? I have not set up my bank account. is that a problem?

Hi Sreejan,

When your client releases a milestone or final payment on a fixed-price job, it immediately shows as pending on your financial account. Pending payments become available for you to withdraw after the standard five-day security period. You can check the status of your funds by going to Reports > Overview.
