Fixed price job : Amount is not moved to pending while the milestone is approved

Hello,

Thanks in advance for your assisatance.

I completed a job & submitted work on 6th Aug 2021 . After 14 days, while the client does not respond, it was approved by Upwork App on 21st Aug 2021. Logically, when the milestone is approved, the escrow amount should move to 'Pending', but the same is still showing under 'In Review'. 

Appreciate your guidance here on when the escrow amount will be available for me.

Sorry about the delayed response here, Rajendra. I see that you did chat with our support team and discussed the Reports updates. It also looks like the info on the Reports page has already been updated.

The amount of the contract has been moved to my 'Available' queue, but strangely, the milestone is still reflecting in 'In Review' queue. I guess something is wrong here. Appreciate corrective actions.
