Hi,
I did a job to the customer and submitted the job. but the customer did not confirm the fixed price deal for 1 week. I sent a message and he said he will confirm, but he still hasn't confirmed. I need to open a support ticket but I couldn't. can you help me?

No, you do not need to open a support ticket.
Clients have 14 days to review the work. If the client takes no action, the funds are released to you automatically 14 days after you properly submitted the work through the "submit work for payment" function on the contract.
