Can someone tell me what does flag as innapropiate means?

It means there is a possible TOS violation on the post or profile and it allows us to report things to UW.

There are jobs when the clients create the job and then don't view it. Can we use this flag to show it? We spend connections and then the clients don't even view their jobs

1) It is most certainly not a violation in any way.

 

2) You do not know whether a client has viewed a job.

 

3) Connects are not a waste - they're part and parcel of freelancing.

Could you clarify the second?
Because there is a line "Last viewed by client".
