Flagged for Violating TOS (Reason Unknown)

Hi. I thought i should start a new topic, illustrating my challenge.

I am having similar problem with a hidden upwork profile. Upwork messaged me today that my account was flagged for violating Upwork's TOS, that "Your profile included adult content services, which is against our Terms of Service." But I cant remembered ever doing so and I am worried what could be wrong.

Secondly, the email states that my account or profile has been hidden.

Please, I need to be sure of what I did and the steps to follow to resolve this.

Hi, please I have received a reply from your team but there is no specific
steps outlined.

I am really concerned about this and do not want my account suspended for
reasons I am not appropriately clarified about.

I am still trying to figure out where the adult content services are
contained in my profile. Perhaps directing my attention to the area or
subcategory where this is reflected will really help me get this obnoxious
content removed.

Please help, this is critical.
