After reading Stephen's remarks in another thread where he stated:


"I believe from what I've read on here (without having seen it) that the client interface is difficult to navigate and clients may give up in if they can't manage it within a couple of clicks."


I think many of us here would like for the team to make it as easy as possible for the client to leave feedback.


When closing a contract they should not be faced with creating a milestone.j


How about a "popup" that when clicked will take them directly to the feedback page. The popup could also explain why feedback is improtant to the freelancer, the client and Upwork.


If you are going to punish us through the JSS for "no feedback", then the least you could do is make it easier and moe unstandable for the client to leave us feedback.


Show me a freelancer who is NOT being affected by clients who do not leave feedback.


You're creating a stressful envioronment.


You're creating a sense of panic as contracts end.


You're punishing us.


You're driving good freelancers to your competition in order to have a more productive experience.


SO MAKE IT EASIER FOR CLIENTS !!! or stop punishing us.

Thank you for sharing what a lot of us are thinking. 

Lately, I check in and wrap it up in a matter of minutes. Got other things to do elsewhere. Smiley Happy
