Forgot my username

I forgot my username to my main account which has around 70 dollars and i have created this new account to ask the question.

Do you remember the email address you have used to sign up? If yes, you can sign in with your email and your password as well. Once you've logged in to your original account I would recommend to close this one. Thank you.

i tried doing that but with email laso it is not opening nad showing there is some technical error. please help.
