Forgot password and security answer

I had to create a new profile in order to get help retrieving my original freelancer account. I forgot my password and security answer. I thought my security question was "what's your favorite pet's name". However, I was asked to name my favorite sports team, which I totally don't remember or set it to that question.

Can you please assist me in getting back into my account. I need to upload my picture and finish updating my profile to 100%. The email address for my actual account is: *** Edited for Community Guidelines ***

I didn't think about to create a new account before and after reading this question I did, justo to tell you that why do you guys make it so difficult to get in touch with you? When I said you I mean support. How am I going to sign in to post a question here if I can't access my account in the first place? It really doesn't make sense.
