Forgot previous accounts password and security question!

Hello,

I have recently opened a new account. And also I don't need this account. The reason for opening this account is that I have forgotten the password and security question of my previous Upwork account. I want both of my Upwork accounts (previous and this one) to become deactivated permanently. 

Can someone help with that?

Also, it would be great to talk live so that I can explain my situation clearly.
