Forgot security answer - mother maiden name

When I click on reset password link the it asking security question. I also forgot my security answer.
I make request twise but didn't get any response.
I need to access that account (**Edited for Community Guidelines**

Please help me how to get my account back. I'm writing using a second account **Edited for Community Guidelines**

Thanks, but this is not the problem. It doesnt work, and I havent a set a security question before.

It's quite commone, its a loop that keep you logged out.
