Forgot the authenticator secret key.

I have made two - factor authentication by authenticator app. But, I have deleted the autheticator app. So, the secret key I used is lost. After installing again, it asked the same secret key to furnish 6 digit code. But I can't authorize my device due to secret key missing.

How to solve the problem? I want to come out from the authenticator app, it's nightmare for 2FA.
