Forgot to logged hours manually

Hi 

I forgot to log in to my manual time that I worked last week before Monday noon today. But I still able to access the timesheet and I just added my time. Will I be able to get my earnings for last week this Wednesday?

Hi Mary,

You won’t be able to add manual time once a timesheet is submitted. Here’s what you can do instead:

You can Inform the client about the issue and ask if they’re okay with adding the previous week’s hours to this week's timesheet. Alternatively, you could tell them the number of hours worked and request a bonus amount for those hours. I encourage you to use the time tracker app as much as possible, as it guarantees that "an hour worked is an hour paid" and makes it easier to keep track of your time. However, if you need to use manual time, please make sure to update it before it gets submitted.

If you’ve tracked time using the time tracker app, you will receive your payment automatically on Wednesday. Since you didn't insert the manual hours, you will not receive payment for them.

Thank you for reaching out. Could you please confirm where you added your manual hours? Just to clarify, you have until noon UTC to make any changes or add manual hours. Please note that manual time is not covered by payment protection, and we strongly recommend using the Time Tracker.

As Shehan suggested, in case you fail to track your work hours within the work week or add manual hours, you can also ask your client to send you a bonus for the time you spent working last week. If there is no issue with your client’s payment or no dispute is filed, you can expect the funds to be removed after the 5-day security period.
