Forgotten security question

I've forgotten the answer to my security question. I've tried the "forget the answer" button but yet to receive an email so I can change the security question. Help?

I have NOT used that form. I can still log into my account. I just cant check my settings or withdraw any money from my account. It says "Device Authorization" and then says my device is not reconized then it asks me for my security answer.

Therein lies the issue! I have no idea when I joined or when/if I have added my PayPal/bank account. I can't get into my settings to check this information.
