Greetings of the day!

What i need to be fill under Legal Name of Business? I need to add my name**Edited for community guidelines**? if i do that then my upwork account will remain same work that is currently now ? Because i love upwork and i did follow all upwork term and condition and upwork is only one of the source of income me and my family

Hi Pawan,

The Form W-8BEN is a form used to confirm you’re not a U.S. taxpayer and that Upwork is not required to withhold taxes from your earnings. To complete the W-8BEN Form, you must provide your legal name and address. You can check this help article for more information.
