hello upwork,

 

i changed my email address last july 2016 but i forgot my username and new email address.

 

is there a way to retrieve my account? I have access to my old email and i got tons of email from upwork as a proof and i can also answer the security question if needed.

Hi,

 

I believe that if you click on the link "forgot username/password" then you'll be prompted to give the security answer to the question you have set.

As a general rule, you should always back up your login details. Have you contacted Customer support already? Did they share any advice on the matter?

The same problem arises with one of my client he was an employee of a company and that account is been closed he wants to start work again with me. Please help how he can retrieve his original account if email id is no longer associate with the client
