i changed my email address last july 2016 but i forgot my username and new email address.
is there a way to retrieve my account? I have access to my old email and i got tons of email from upwork as a proof and i can also answer the security question if needed.
I believe that if you click on the link "forgot username/password" then you'll be prompted to give the security answer to the question you have set.
As a general rule, you should always back up your login details. Have you contacted Customer support already? Did they share any advice on the matter?
