Forum private messages - message options/bug?

Does anybody else have the same issue with the message center in the forum?

It's the same for 'sent messages' - I can't see or access 'message options'.

 

CS tells me it's not a bug but a browser-related issue and I should clear the cache/cookies (duh). Looks the same in three different browsers for me.

Ela, I have Message Options like before, maybe because I HAVEN"T cleared browser cache. Robot Embarassed

Nothing is wrong with your browser Ela. All things wrong with this site are apparently resolved by clearing the cache?

That's the default answer.

Some times I have problems like this I never clear cache but wait untill it get resolved by itself.

I can certainly live with this bug.

It is the least of my worries regarding this platform.

Can we have this result duplicated for the rest of the platform problems.

I'll do what I can Smiley Happy. We do appreciate all of you and the feedback you provide on the platform. We do take the time to pass your feedback along, and when you report issues or bugs we make sure to pass those along to our engineering team as well. I know that it appears as if things are getting swept under the rug, but they aren't. Somethings take priority over others and some issues are taking longer to triage.
