Problem:
I noticed that lot of upwork users are facing the same issue which I also encountered yesterday.During input into DOB field, I've tried various format of dates but each time I got this message which mostly procceed after proper guidance:
And then I navigate to source code to find out the exact date format which this input field should accept and I came out with a result that there is a hidden html tag which is actaully an event that should trigger in place of '! Invalid format' .You can understand this through below figures:
Solution:
There is just a need to swap the events which can remove this issue permanently. For example the swaping of an event '! Invalid format' with the event 'Enter date of birth YYYY-MM-DD format'.
The intention to report this bug is just to make positive improvements in the platform. And apology if there any misconduct.
