Found a UI bug while submiting proposal

Hi ,

While applying to a job all the preferred qualifications were fullfilled by my profile but when I tried to submit  the proposal a warning info displayed on top that Ido not meet clients qualification of atleast 100 upwork hours , but this criteria  wasn't mentioned  in the job description
