Hi,

I don't understand how can you allow to the client who are fraud there is not only one case there are many case. Client is fooling me and asking me to send me money in return. I am working here get get paid by the client but instead client is fooling and taking money from there are many not only one.
I willl expose this in every social media and send you also. This is biggest fraud happening how can you allow such client to do this scam.

I understand you're frustrated about having to deal with scammers. I assure you, our Trust & Safety team is aware of the problem and is taking it seriously. They are working to address the issues, including higher than usual volumes of scam posts, and gaps in user education around Upwork TOS and safety. 

While there are rules in place for removing job posts that violate our TOS, there are instances when we would not know for sure that they intend to scam because their schemes are just revealed when they start communicating with freelancers, such as asking them to move the conversation outside Upwork or asks for payment. In those scenarios, we ask users to use the flag option so we can immediately take action. Connects are then returned to freelancers once the job post is taken down for violating ToS.
