Fraudulent Jobs/Clients and Connect Refunds

I submitted a proposal for project and received a message from its poster. It was evident to me the poster is in for fraud. I flagged teh project but have not received my connects back. How do we go about getting these back?

Thanks for reporting this to us. I checked the job you are referring to and it looks like it's already been canceled for violating Upwork TOS. You'll notice that the Message room with the client has also been archived. Please, check out the tips in this post to make sure you stay safe and protected while working on Upwork. Additionally, the Connects used to submit a proposal were already refunded back to you and you can check more information on Reports > Connects History page.
