Fraudulent employer

I cannot find any way to contact anyone at Upwork, so I hope this works.

I submitted two proposals for two different companies that are think are fraudulent. One of them has said they hired me but asking for copies of social security cards, passport and other personal data. They may be phishing for identity theft candidates. Suggestions, please.
