Hey! I have a question about how to earn free connects, I know UpWork gives 10 free connects when a client is intervewing you, but what about if you apply for a job and the client send you the contract directly? UpWork doesn't give you free connecs for that?

Thank you for your message. Free connects are offered for responding to interview messages only. You will not receive free Connects in case the client sends an offer directly to your proposals.
