I recently hired my first developer on Odesk. He end the contract and now I have nothing. Everything was going well, no heads up or even hint we weren't on pace. What should I do? I'm out the down payment and have nothing to show for it.
What are my options with Odesk?
Really was excited about Odesk but now I'm not so sure...Please help me feel better about this.
