I have been working with freelance industry from 2015 to-date. However, I am yet to realize my finacial growth. Do you have any links or suggestions on how one generates enough income in upwork ?

First, don't try to generate all of your income through Upwork. Most successful freelancers don't rely on a single channel to connect with clients. 

Also, consider breaking out your profile and creating specialized profiles. Lumping a bunch of totally unrelated skills together on one profile just makes it look like you're willing to do anything for money, not like you're actually an expert at anything. 

Build out a profile for each with a better description of what you have to offer the client in that area.
