Freelancer Basic Plan Connects not Received

My monthly billing cycle had started on Mar 23, 2020. I have been waiting to receive new connects at the arrival of new monthly billing cycle, but it has been 6 days. I have Basic Freelancer Plan, therefore I believe I should get 60 connects each month. Can someone kindly look into the issue?
