Freelancer Feedback Score

Can someone please explain to me how I can have 5 Star feedback score and a 72% client satisfaction rating.

 

Just today, I asked 2 of my very satisfied clients to close out jobs so that my score would improve. They both left 5 stars and, I am sure, positive private feedback as well (based on our history). My satisfaction rating did not change at all. I have not been on oDesk very long and have worked approximately 20 jobs (give or take a few). All but one of my clients has been very pleased with my work. I do have a few that have not closed the contract or left feedback. Is that what is affecting my score?

 

Someone please help me figure this feedback out.

  • missed deadlines

When client gives feedback, then profile takes time to be updated.

Job success rate seems to be very complex and I think has flaws in it, one of them is:

 

How they knew what is the deadline, and whetere it is accomplished or not.

(Do they read all the conversation and check what is been agreed between the freelancer and client or they are asuming the initial deadline that we set in the application) 

P.S: Customer support did not answer me that.
