Freelancer - Google and HubSpot certifications took a week since added and still verifying.

I am experiencing a major delay in verifying my certifications from Google and Hubspot. Upwork indicated it will only take 3 days but it has been over a week since adding my certifications. I plan to add more certifications as I finish assessment for those but I'm encountering this error. I need help ASAP please. My ticket number is #38604412.
