My Freelancer Plus Membership cycle is Dec 20, 2020 — Jan 19, 2021. Does this mean I will be billed and have my Connects balance refreshed on the 20st day of January?

Yes, you are correct. Your next billing cycle is on the 20th of January. Upwork is set to UTC, and it might be different with the timezone in your location. Please allow the system to update. Thank you.
